Once
the project is awarded to CroydonGate, a Project Leader (PL) is assigned to the
project.
PL is the key point person and his/her responsibilities include understanding the scope, onboarding of our consultants who then act as an extension of your team and providing project oversight.
PL is responsible for making sure the SOPs and processes are followed.
PL is responsible for delivering collaborative solutions and maintaining the quality of the deliverables.
